Customer Care

First of all, many thanks for considering us. We're based in Reading in the United Kingdom and we can ship worldwide, our customer care hours are between 9am - 5pm (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday, though we might also be available outside of these hours. 

We aim to ensure that every transaction is a successful one, and that any enquiries or complaints are dealt with promptly. You can contact us using the form below, or email us on sales@myquietbook.co.uk. Feel free to also contact us via our social media accounts on Facebook or Instagram as well.

Privacy

We only retain your records for the purpose of the transaction, e.g. shipping address. We do not store transaction details such as credit card information. We will never knowingly sell or distribute this information. If you would like to be kept informed of future product releases please let us know.

Wholesale Inquiries

We're happy to resell to businesses abroad as frequently it can be a more cost effective way for customers to buy our books. We have a number of resellers based in Italy, and would be interested in Italian and European resellers getting in touch. 

We are the manufacturer and designer of My Quiet Book, and as such can provide competitive discounts and large savings on bulk shipping, as compared to us shipping individual items from the UK.

Product Safety

All of our products are laboratory tested by a UK or EU based third party laboratory for CE certification. CE testing is also aligned with the British BSI EN71 certificate. We do not self certify our products. Please get in touch if you would like a copy of the tests carried out. The Quiet Book is certified for use for children 12months and above, and we would recommend supervision for those under 2 years.
